Reporting a bug
If you're reporting a bug, it helps a lot if you include your iPhone model, your iOS version, and the Bellwork version (shown at the bottom of the Settings tab), along with what you did and what you expected to happen. If you open the contact form from inside the app, the app version is filled in for you.
Your data
Bellwork stores everything on your device, so we cannot look up your account or your workouts — there is nothing on our side to look up. If you are moving to a new phone or removing the app, you can export all of your data as a JSON file from Settings first. See the privacy policy for details.
